Online Triage

We continue to offer services as usual and want to ensure that we meet patients' needs, in particularly, the vulnerable and those who need urgent medical care.

Please contact the surgery if you need medical care or have any medical concerns.

We are currently offering total online triage. The doctor will read your request and will either telephone, video or arrange a face to face appointment where appropriate. This is to minimise the risk to vulnerable patients and clinicians if people carrying the virus come to the practice.

If you need to see a GP or get medication please visit the online Consult page. Many pharmacies are still open and repeat prescriptions should be available as usual.

The doctors and staff at Star Lane Medical Centre in Canning Town are proud to offer the highest standard of patient-centred healthcare.

As well as a range of our usual G.P. services, we also run many clinics for the management of chronic diseases such as asthma and diabetes and offer a wide variety of other medical services including antenatal and postnatal care, minor surgery, childhood vaccinations, influenza vaccinations and well-person check-ups.

In addition to everything you need to know about the practice, you will also find a wealth of health-related information in the menu on the right hand side. Please have a look around. We welcome any feedback you may wish to give. Practice Leaflet  STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
