Administration

Our Assistant Practice Managers, Stacey & Dom, are available to assist with any queries. They undertake the daily running of the reception, IT, and General administration department and aid the practice manager. They are the first point of contact should a patient wishes to speak to a member of the management team. Portia is our HR manager.

Reception

Receptionists provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Receptionists make most of the patient appointments with the GPs and nurses. Our receptionist are: Carole, Kimberley, Salina, Sonia, Sheila, Madeeha, Janelle, Habsa and Mahbubur.

Secretaries

Lesley & Kim offer secretarial support to the doctors and management team.

Community Midwives

Community midwives work with the doctors to help provide care for mothers before, during and after delivery, and care for the baby for the first fortnight of life.

Community Nurses

A team of District Nurses are attached to the surgery. They provide nursing treatment and advice to the housebound. They also provide treatment that is necessary on a daily basis, at weekends and bank holidays.

Health Visitors

Health Visitors see all families with children under the age of 5 years. They provide information advice and support, particularly at time of physical and emotional stress. They can meet clients within their own homes, in the child health clinic. or in specially arranged groups.
